To ensure you receive your medication on time
- Please make sure that your prescription has refills available
- Order refills at least two weeks before you run out of your medication.
- If it is a medication that you will be taking on a long-term basis, you may order your refills as soon as you receive your prescription
- Save more time don't forget to ask for a 90 days supply
You should NOT call pharmacy if you do not have any refills on your prescription remaining. Instead please contact a representative from your Primary Care Team to discuss your medication needs using one of the numbers listed below.

Refill By Phone:
Call the automated prescription refill line 24 hours a day at (562) 826-5744. Be sure to have your prescription number and full 9 digit social security number available.
Refill Online:
Connect directly to My HealtheVet and order your refills over the Internet. Simply log on and enter your prescription numbers, and your refill medications will be filled and delivered to your doorstep.
Refill By Mail:
