Scope Of services

The Primary Care and Specialty Clinics Health Care Group (PC&SC HCG)  is a fully integrated group using an interdisciplinary team approach to provide the continuum of care for veterans in the VA Long Beach Healthcare System. The personnel in this Health Care Group consist of physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician’s assistants, social workers, nutritionists, technicians, pharmacists, and administrative and clerical staff. We strive to provide quality health care utilizing the primary care team model which includes preventive health services and easy access to care.
